This hotel has helpful staff, fine food, a kettle and toaster in the double room, and a peaceful location that's an easy walk to all the places I wanted to visit, plus the airport is just 10 km away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and the service was good on check-in. The hotel facilities were great, with a TAB available for those interested. The location was also convenient, being close to the town centre and easy to get to. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the bathroom, was impeccable. The pillows provided were firm and supportive, unlike other hotels we've stayed at where they are usually soft and unsupportive.

The hotel is in a great location, close to cafes and shops, and easy to find. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to help and offer advice. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed.
There were a few issues during our stay. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the shower pressure was poor.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offered an easy access to the Christmas market. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the bed was comfortable.
The room was not clean by the time we arrived, and it took the cleaning service almost an hour to get it done. the continental breakfast was poor, with limited options of food.
